Normally, it may take 2-3 working days for your order to get dispatched from our warehouse. As soon as the order gets dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation message including the courier tracking information.

After your order gets dispatched from our warehouse, it will take around 2-4 days to reach you. You can always keep a track of your order by the courier tracking details provided to you.

All orders are sent through reputed courier companies like Blue Dart, FedEx, Delhivery, eCom Express, Etc. As your order gets dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation message with the courier tracking information. This is the time, we both eagerly wait for your order to get delivered to you at the earliest.

We process your orders in the order they are received. But if in case you need a faster delivery, please contact us on help@tazindia.in and we will try to send your order at the earliest.

Please be aware that, all items which are Printed on order basis (Phone Cases, T-Shirts, Snap Grips, Etc) will not be eligible for a return in any circumstances. Any other products which are unused and you wish to return, please mail us your request at help@tazindia.in

We regret the inconvenience caused to you. Any damaged or wrong items received by you will be replaced from our side free of cost. Just drop us a mail at help@tazindia.in with appropriate images / video of the damaged / wrong item.

Yes, we do customize products like Phone Cases, T-Shirts, Snap Grips, Coffee Mugs, Photo Frames, Etc. You can mail us your requests at help@tazindia.in. We will be happy to customize the product as per your need.

We accept all Net Banking, Debit & Credit Cards, UPI, Mobile Wallets & PayTM.

There are absolutely no hidden charges while purchasing on TAZindia. The prices of the product you see are all inclusive & you pay exactly the amount you see for the product. Shipping is free across India, unless your shopping value is less than ₹300. If it is less than ₹300, we charge a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 on your order.

We regret to inform you that currently we are not offering Cash On Delivery (COD) as a mode of payment. Many of our items listed on store are Print On Order basis, and thus we cannot afford a non acceptance of parcel on COD with such a less profit margin. We incur heavy shipping costs, and product waste loss due to that. We hope you understand this & support us with online payments.
